1 Register units
Each unit gets an id + a one-time device token. The code is what riders scan.
The order that works: ① create your operating area (Team page) → ② draw its
service boundary (Ops → Zones) → ③ register units here into that area →
④ set pricing → ⑤ invite staff. A vehicle always belongs to an area.
